Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions") carefully before using the Solitaire Quest : Klondike mobile application (the "App") operated by PlayVade ("we", "us", or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The App holds an age rating of 8+. If you are under the age of majority in your specific jurisdiction, you must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

2. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

The App may offer "In-App Purchases" (IAPs), meaning you can use real-world money to purchase virtual goods, consumable items (like in-game coins), or other premium content.

• No Real-World Value: Virtual items and currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services from us or anyone else.
• Final Sales: All purchases of virtual items and currency are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except as required by applicable law or the platform providers' (Apple or Google) policies.

3. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

We may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium features (such as an ad-free experience or premium challenges). Please read the following rules concerning our One-Month Subscription:

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple Media Services account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current one-month period at the cost of the chosen package.
• Cancellation & Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The App may display advertisements served by third-party networks (such as Google AdMob) and may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PlayVade. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its original content, features, gameplay mechanics, graphics, and source code, are and will remain the exclusive property of PlayVade and its licensors. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. You also agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Exploit bugs, use cheats, or utilize automated software to modify the gameplay experience.
• Distribute, reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of the App for commercial purposes without our authorization.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PlayVade makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App. We do not warrant that the App will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayVade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
